When it comes to customer satisfaction we like to be transparent.

All downloadable files, including portable document format (.pdf) or (.mp3) downloads, are non refundable once purchased.

In the event that you need to cancel, please advise Nicola McDonald, 48 hours before your coaching sessions via email, nicola.mcdonald.ppc@gmail.com or using the contact page to allow for other coachee’s to utilise the time slot.

A full refund can be given where 48 hours notice of cancellation is provided. Or the coachee can make new arrangements for a different date and time slot.

Where the coachee gives 24 hours notice a 20% fee will apply. In the event that the coachee gives less than 24 hours notice no refund will be given. In the event that the coachee does not attend the scheduled
and agreed coaching session, no refund will be given. In the event that there are mitigating circumstances, please email Nicola McDonald, nicola.mcdonald.ppc@gmail.com or use the website contact form.

If the Coach is unable to attend the scheduled and agreed session, the Coachee will be informed as soon as possible and offered an alternative date and time slot.

If the Coach is unable to attend the scheduled and agreed session, the Coachee will be informed and can request a full refund for the missed session.

Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase. For example, if the item was purchased using a Visa card, the credit will be refunded to the same Visa card.

Your payment for cancellation of services will be refunded by Write Your Way as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 15 working days after we have agreed.

The links to the novels go directly to the publishers , third party site, or the charitable organisation website. Books are purchased through a third party website and are not stored or sent from Write Your Way. In the event that you have any issues with the books you have purchased, please go directly to the site from where you made the purchase and contact them directly.

If your order for journals, placed on this site, arrives in less than perfect condition please provide a photo to nicola.mcdonald.ppc@gmail.com so we can organise a replacement or refund. We are unable to provide replacements or refunds without proof of damaged goods.
